Shaped by years of surveillance and claims investigations going back to 2001, Travis McClain became a quiet force in the field. As the industry shifted toward shortcuts, gimmicky dashboards, and surface-level research, he remained committed to the fundamentals—real investigation, done the right way.

Frustrated with what the industry had become, he stepped away from national law firm consulting and built a better way. The result was PolicyLimitResearch—bringing back the standard of investigation that once defined this work.
